Couple Arrested After Binding Boy's Legs Together, Feeding Him Hot Sauce And Laxatives
Story out of Quarryville, Pennsylvania:
Danielle Miller, 31, allegedly forced the boy to eat laxatives and hot sauce, bound the boy's legs for hours, locked the boy in a padded closet for hours and repeatedly called him "a (expletive) pig" and told him he had a "stupid, ugly face," according to the Lancaster County District Attorney's office.
Police say that Miller called binding the boy's legs "playing mermaid." She is also accused of feeding the boy hot sauce and allowing him to drink water for long periods of time.
Nathan Duke, 30, has also been charged for concealing and not reporting the abuse.
The boy is now with relatives. He was removed from the home in July.
Children and Youth Service also took three other children from the home. The District Attorney's office says there are no charges regarding those children.
Miller is charged with eight felonies: aggravated assault, endangering a child, false imprisonment, unlawful restraint, terroristic threats, reckless endangerment and harassment. Duke was charged with felony counts of endangerment and conspiracy. Cont.
