Chinese Custom Officials Catch Man With 9,000 Memory Cards Taped To His Legs

Custom officials in Southern China stopped a man trying to smuggle thousands of memory cards into the mainland, state broadcaster CCTV news reported.

The man had taped more than 9,000 mobile phone memory cards to his body as he tried to enter Shenzhen from Hong Kong on Friday.

The cards were worth nearly 100,000 yuan (HK$118,000), according to the report. Cont.
