Authorities are looking for help identifying the person who damaged the part of the sand sculpture at the New York State Fair depicting singer Justin Bieber.
The sculpture, which is located in the Center of Progress building, was apparently vandalized Thursday evening.
Troopers are aware of the incident and investigating, said Trooper Jack Keller, a spokesman for the New York State Police, which patrols the fair. Troopers got a partial description of the culprit, but have not found the person, he said. Cont.
