Story out of Willoughby Hills, Ohio:
A 2-year-old suffered a fatal fall from an 11th floor apartment in Willoughby Wednesday morning.
The Willoughby Hills Police and Fire Departments responded to the Willoughby Hills Towers apartment building for a report of a child that had fallen from an apartment.
When they arrived, emergency responders found Anthony C. Suttles, Jr., on the rear parking deck unresponsive. They began CPR before EMS took the child to University Hospital in Richmond Heights, where the child was pronounced dead.
Apparently no one actually saw what happened, but a detective says it appears the boy managed to climb up into his bedroom window sill after being put to bed. The detective said the screen and frame remained intact but came loose. Cont. (Video/Autoplay)
