Homophobic Slur Appears On Australian Couple's Phone Bill

Story out of Melbourne, Australia:

A Melbourne couple who had been loyal Telstra customers for more than 40 years have had the ultimate bill shock after a homophobic slur appeared on their bill.

John and Kathy - who have asked for their surname to be withheld - had been customers of Telstra since 1971.
But with the couple tightening their belts and realising how much they were paying compared to deals they could get with other telcos, they contacted Telstra to cancel their service.
When the couple received their final bill, the word "Faggot" appeared between Kathy's given name and surname.
She claims there was never a middle name printed on any correspondence from Telstra until that final bill. Cont. (Video)
