Story out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania:
Police are investigating after a man was fatally shot in Philadelphia’s Cedarbrook neighborhood Sunday afternoon, what appears to be moments after speaking with a local political candidate.
Police say the 21-year-old victim was shot twice in the head around 3:30 p.m. near Fayette Street and Vernon Road.
Paramedics pronounced him dead on the scene.
A member of Pennsylvania Representative candidate Chris Rabb’s campaign says the politician had just spoken with the victim when the shooting took place. Cont. (Video/Autoplay)
