Yes, but did he get the job? Story out of Des Moines, Iowa:
An Iowa man made a poor first impression when he allegedly showed up drunk to a job interview to become a cab driver.
Instead of leaving with a new job, Ryan Dickson exited Trans Iowa in handcuffs.
“I just get out there and a little white car comes pulling in and smashes into one of our driver’s cars,” Trans Iowa dispatcher Barbara Freeborn told KCCI.
“I go in and he’s standing in there and I’m like ‘Sir, have you been helped?’ and he like couldn’t comprehend what I was saying.”
Des Moines Police said Dickson was so intoxicated he was unable to finish a field sobriety test.
“With the blood alcohol content that he had, he’s definitely a danger at that moment,” said Sgt. Paul Parizek of the Des Moines Police Dept. “So, we’re glad that we were able to get up there and get this guy in custody at that time.” Cont. (Video)
