Ellen DeGeneres is facing legal action after making a joke about a woman called Titi.

Titi Pierce, from Georgia, is suing DeGeneres’ parent company after her name was used as a joke during the segment ‘What’s Wrong With These Ads…And These Signs?’

Pierce claims she has never been referred to as ‘titty’ until DeGeneres did on national television.
