"Very Upsetting" - Serial Killer Complains About Not Getting Birthday Party

Yorkshire Ripper Peter Sutcliffe moaned about getting no cake, gifts or party on his 70th birthday at Broadmoor.

Sutcliffe told a pal it was “very upsetting” as he complained about being “ignored” by staff and patients at the high-security hospital.

In previous years, they have sung “Happy Birthday” and given him presents at a meeting on the unit’s Sandhurst Ward.

But the serial killer, whose birthday was this month, told the friend: “I didn’t get anything this year. They did nothing.

“They’ve got it in for me at the moment. My birthday was barely mentioned. It’s very upsetting." Cont.
