Dolce & Gabbana Name Sandals In Their Spring Collection 'Slave Sandal'

Dolce & Gabbana has listed a pair of "Slave Sandals" on their website for the whopping price tag of $2,395.

The shoes were released as part of the brand's 2016 spring collection, which they note was inspired by their Italian heritage.

Lace-up style sandals are widely referred to as "Gladiator" sandals, but the company decided to write the description as "Slave sandal in Napa leather with pompoms."

Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana previously stirred up controversy for their comments on IVF.

The former couple said they were "children of chemistry, synthetic children. Uteruses for rent, semen chosen from a catalog." Cont. (Video/Tweets)
