Story out of St. Cloud, Florida:
A man shot and killed his 28-year-old brother late Thursday during a fight over a cheeseburger, St. Cloud police said.
Benjamin A. Middendorf, 25, shot his brother, Nicholas Middendorf, in the chest during a dispute inside a St. Cloud home, according to police.
Nicholas Middendorf was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Benjamin A. Middendorf was arrested on charges of first-degree murder, police said.
He was taken to the Osceola County Jail and was being held on no bond. Cont. (Video)
