Story out of Minetto, New York:
A teacher at Minetto Elementary School in Oswego County has been arrested following an incident involving a second grade student.
31-year-old Sean Fitzgerald was arrested by State Police and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class "A" misdemeanor, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a violation.
According to Police, Fitzgerald was escorting a disruptive student to the Principal's Office. When he and the student entered the office, Fitzgerald allegedly threw the child over a 3 to 4 foot high counter. Fitzgerald then preceded to drag the child toward the principal's office in an unknown manner. All of this occurred within full view of the secretarial staff and the principal.The child was not injured in the incident. Cont. (Video)
