The Better Business Bureau (BBB), a non-profit that evaluates businesses for trustworthiness, has confirmed it received ‘multiple customer complaints’ about Trump University, the for-profit organization owned by Republican frontrunner Donald Trump, and issued it a D-minus rating in 2010. Trump claimed in a recent Republican debate that the university had an A rating, but BBB said this only occurred in 2014 after the university effectively closed its doors, meaning no new complaints came through and old complaints expired automatically.
