Story out of Brantford Ontario:
Police say a concerned citizen called them on Sunday morning to report that a naked man, who appeared to be yelling into a phone and carrying a large knife, was walking on the street.
Officers located a man – who was undressed from the waist down – holding a large cleaver.
Police say he complied with the officers’ demands to drop the knife.
It’s alleged the man was also yelling at another man inside a home during the arrest and made threats. Cont.
