Story out of Huntsville, Alabama:
Danny and Shawna Lowe were definitely speeding on U.S. 72 Sunday morning, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency. Shawna had not only gone into labor, she was close to delivering the baby.
Trooper Michael Kelser saw the Lowes speeding and pulled them over, not knowing they were frantically trying to get to the hospital. When Kelser saw the situation, he jumped into action.
"Without hesitation, Trooper Kesler quickly acted and assisted in the delivery of the baby," said Secretary of Law Enforcement Spencer Collier.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, after delivering the baby, Kesler called an ambulance to the scene. While waiting for the ambulance, he helped clean the baby and keep both the mother and baby warm. Cont.
