Ormond Beach, Florida:
A 28-year-old man was arrested Monday in Volusia County after being spotted on a jogging trail wearing nothing but socks and sneakers, according to police.
A woman called police after seeing a naked man on a bridge in The Trails neighborhood.
"I was just going to see if somebody could, like, patrol around to see because he's completely naked besides socks and running shoes," the caller said.
Smith bonded out of the Volusia County Jail four hours after his arrest.
Investigators said it's the second time he's faced similar charges. Cont.
